Yatai Ramen works hand in hand at home with Gilles Matignon's mill, located in Île-de-France. His work is a living testimony of unique expertise. A family heritage, he is dedicated to the processing of organic wheat grown in the region. Every morning, Gilles grinds with precision, combining tradition and respect for the environment. Home-made noodles

Our noodles, made with organic flour from the Gilles Matignon mill, are tasty and have a perfect texture. Perfect blend with our organic flour and kansui, cooked al dente, they absorb the broth richly. Combined with toppings like pork chashu and nitamago marinated eggs, they offer an authentic and comforting experience.

Nitamago egg

Nitamago eggs, made every morning, are a tasty addition to ramen. Marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, mirin, and dashi, these eggs are cooked to a creamy yolk. Their melting texture goes perfectly in our ramens.

Our signature ramen is an exceptional and unique dish in France combining our passion for Japan and our French know-how. I already went to Yatai ramen and I'm going back, I confirm it's the best ramen in Paris, even in front of Kodawari ramen. Everything is excellent and of incredible quality, I can only recommend the gyozas with their yuzu sauce.This time I tried the signature ramen with foie gras, truffle and wagyu woooauh what a killer hit and the nitamago eggs are perfect, forced to take more in addition.

Report, quality, excellent price. If you are visiting and looking for a good ramen, do not hesitate!! Everything was excellent and the chef recommended a very good sake to go with the meal. Just a small downside for the waitress who was not very organized, we had dessert even though the plates were not cleaned.

Great ramen restaurant in Paris! The noodles are delicious, the broth is rich in flavors, and the decor is super nice. The service is fast and pleasant. A great place for ramen fans. Plus, the staff is super welcoming and friendly.

This is absolutely hidden gem within the arches. Away from noise and tourist crowds where you will be delighted by flavors. I've been in many ramen houses but this one going to definite top and flavors are nearly the same as in the heart of Japan like Osaka or Tokyo. Very testsful dishes and ramens, super helpful and friendly staff. This is one of must visit while visiting Paris 🇨🇵

A very good experience. Although arriving a bit late compared to the reservation schedule, everything went very well. The waitress was very friendly and the ramen is very good: the broth tastes really good and the portion (in special version) is generous.

Yatai was a good ramen experience! We arrived at a huge queue in front of the restaurant, but the waiters were very organised and quickly got us a table outside. As a vegetarian I have to say I really missed the tofu in the ramen. Other than that, the mushrooms and vegetables in general were super tasty and the broth as well!

We got the traditional and veggie ramen, the katsu curry and karaage. The rice was a bit dry but everything else was very tasty. Fast and friendly service!
